These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the E&E Work platform ("Platform"), operated by E&E Work Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Account Types
The Platform supports three account types:
- Driver Accounts — for professional drivers seeking work or job opportunities.
- Company Accounts — for transport operators, hauliers, and logistics companies posting vacancies.
- Staff Accounts — for transport managers, planners, compliance, recruitment, and payroll professionals linked to a company.
4. Platform Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Upload documents that do not belong to you or are fraudulent
- Post job listings that do not represent genuine vacancies
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate workforce and employment activity
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users via the messaging system
5. Company Responsibilities
Companies using the Platform are responsible for:
- Ensuring all job postings comply with UK employment law
- Conducting lawful hiring practices and right-to-work checks
- Paying workers accurately and on time in accordance with applicable legislation
- Maintaining accurate company information, operator licences, and insurance records
- Treating all drivers and staff with dignity and respect
6. Driver & Staff Responsibilities
Drivers and staff users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal information, licence details, and qualifications
- Uploading only valid, genuine documents
- Maintaining current and valid licences, CPC cards, and tachograph cards
- Disclosing all relevant penalty points and endorsements honestly
- Using the Platform lawfully and professionally at all times
7. Documents & Data
Documents uploaded to the Platform are stored securely and processed in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. You retain ownership of your documents. By uploading, you grant E&E Work Ltd a limited licence to store and display your documents to authorised parties as directed by your sharing preferences.
8. Messaging
The Platform's messaging system is for legitimate professional communication only. Messages are private and company-linked. E&E Work Ltd reserves the right to review messages where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud, or harmful conduct.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the Platform is the intellectual property of E&E Work Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
E&E Work Ltd provides the Platform as a marketplace connecting employers and workers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notice.
